"Certificate arrived, credits were slow"
At first, I thought everything was good because the certificate showed up without any issue. But the credits took longer than I expected, and my immediate reaction was that the process felt a bit slow.

"Easy enough, but a little frustrating in spots"
Overall, the site was easy to use, and I did end up finding what I needed. That said, a few pages felt kind of clunky, and there were moments where I wasn’t totally sure what to click next, which made me feel a bit annoyed. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, but I definitely felt like it could’ve been smoother and more intuitive.

"Support came through eventually"
I had to wait a little longer than I expected, but support did help me out in the end. I’m sure the issue got sorted properly, and overall it was a decent experience.

"Good course content, but I’m still expecting an apology"
I used ce-express.com for my CE course, the course content itself was good. It was clear, easy to follow, and didn’t drag on with a bunch of unnecessary wording. Some sections were a little basic, but in a way that actually helped me get through everything without feeling lost. Overall, I’d still give the course 5 stars because the material made sense and was easy to finish. That said, if there was any issue on their end with the process or communication, I’d definitely expect a simple apology, because that goes a long way.

"Solid deal for the price"
I went with ce-express.com mainly because the price was way better than a bunch of other sites I looked at. Got exactly what I needed without having to drop a ton of cash. solid value overall, no complaints here.
